Affiliate Policy
This policy explains affiliate registration, approval, affiliate links, tracking, attribution, commission/reward eligibility, payout, tax/KYC, content and advertising rules, coupon promotion, referral difference, return/refund reversal, restricted product promotion, fraud control, termination, and dispute handling for CapHanu Enterprise affiliates.
📌 Overview & Purpose
CapHanu Enterprise may operate an affiliate program where approved affiliates, publishers, influencers, bloggers, creators, comparison pages, deal pages, community owners, business partners, or marketing partners can promote eligible CapHanu products, offers, or pages using approved affiliate links/codes. Eligible valid sales or actions may earn commission, wallet credit, CapCoins, coupons, promotional rewards, or other agreed benefits.
This Affiliate Policy applies to all affiliate partners, applicants, promoters, influencers, publishers, advertising partners, referral-style commercial promoters, sellers using affiliate tools, and any person who uses CapHanu affiliate tracking, links, coupons, banners, APIs, feeds, or promotional assets.
🤝 Affiliate Program Scope
Affiliate participation may include promoting CapHanu Enterprise products, categories, campaigns, coupons, seller offers, digital products, custom products, B2B lead pages, or approved marketing pages through tracked links, approved coupons, banners, or campaign URLs.
CapHanu Enterprise may approve, reject, pause, limit, or close affiliate participation at any time based on channel quality, fraud risk, policy compliance, business needs, category restrictions, or campaign availability.
✅ Affiliate Eligibility & Approval
Affiliate access may require application, approval, identity verification, channel review, bank/KYC details, tax details, and agreement to program rules. Approval is not guaranteed and may be temporary or campaign-specific.
- Affiliate must provide accurate name, contact details, website/social/channel details, and payment information where required.
- Affiliate should have genuine audience, lawful promotional channels, and transparent marketing practices.
- CapHanu Enterprise may reject channels containing spam, piracy, illegal content, hate content, adult/exploitative content, fake offers, malware, deceptive ads, or restricted product promotion.
- Affiliate must be legally capable of entering into promotional/marketing arrangement.
- Business affiliates may be asked for GST, PAN, business proof, bank proof, address proof, or other verification documents.
- CapHanu Enterprise may re-verify affiliate accounts periodically or before payout.
🔗 Affiliate Links, Tracking & Attribution
Affiliate commission depends on proper tracking. Tracking may use affiliate ID, referral parameters, coupon code, cookies, session data, device/browser signals, server-side logs, order records, campaign tags, or other attribution methods.
| Tracking Area | How It Works | Important Note |
|---|---|---|
| Affiliate Link | Customer clicks approved affiliate URL containing tracking ID or campaign tag. | Modified, broken, blocked, or expired links may not track. |
| Affiliate Coupon | Customer uses approved affiliate coupon/code at checkout. | Only approved codes count; public leaked codes may be restricted. |
| Cookie / Session | Attribution may rely on browser cookies or session records. | Cookie blocking, clearing, private mode, or cross-device use may affect tracking. |
| Last / First Click | Campaign may follow last-click, first-click, coupon-based, or custom attribution. | System attribution rules will generally be final unless clear error is proven. |
| Validation Window | Order may remain pending until delivery, return window, payment, and fraud review. | Pending tracking is not approved commission. |
| Manual Claim | Affiliate may request review if tracking appears missing. | Manual approval may be refused if system cannot verify attribution. |
CapHanu Enterprise is not responsible for lost commission due to incorrect link usage, browser restrictions, tracking blockers, user clearing cookies, wrong coupon use, modified URL, expired campaign, or customer completing purchase through another channel.
🪙 Commission, Rewards & Eligible Orders
Affiliate commission or reward may be based on product category, order value, net sale value, campaign, seller participation, coupon use, user type, payment mode, delivery status, and written affiliate terms.
- Commission may be percentage-based, fixed amount, tier-based, category-wise, product-wise, campaign-wise, or custom agreed.
- Commission may be calculated on net eligible value, excluding tax, shipping, COD fee, discounts, wallet/CapCoin usage, gift card value, cancelled items, returned items, or non-eligible charges.
- Only valid, genuine, paid, delivered, non-returned, non-fraudulent, and eligible orders may qualify for approved commission.
- Some categories, sellers, products, gift cards, digital products, custom orders, B2B orders, restricted products, or low-margin products may be excluded or have lower commission.
- Commission shown in dashboard may be estimated/pending until final validation.
- CapHanu Enterprise may correct duplicate, wrong, inflated, or technical-error commission entries.
📊 Commission Status & Validation
Affiliate dashboard or report may show different statuses. These statuses help affiliates understand whether a tracked event is pending, approved, rejected, or paid.
| Status | Meaning | Common Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Tracked / Pending | Action/order was recorded but not yet approved. | Waiting for payment, delivery, return window, or fraud review. |
| Approved | Commission passed validation and is eligible for payout cycle. | Order valid, paid, delivered, and not returned/refunded. |
| Rejected | Commission is not payable. | Cancelled, returned, refunded, duplicate, fake, self-order, or ineligible order. |
| On Hold | Commission needs additional review. | Chargeback, high return risk, fraud signal, policy issue, or KYC issue. |
| Paid | Approved commission was released through payout mode. | Subject to bank/payment confirmation and payout report. |
💸 Payout, Minimum Threshold, KYC & Tax
Affiliate payouts may be processed after commission is approved, payout threshold is met, account is in good standing, KYC/tax/bank details are verified, and there is no fraud or policy hold.
- Minimum payout threshold may apply before payout is released.
- Payout may be made by bank transfer, UPI, wallet credit, store credit, CapCoin, coupon, or other approved mode depending on affiliate type and program terms.
- Affiliate must provide correct bank account, UPI, PAN, GST, address, business details, or tax documents where required.
- Incorrect payout details may delay payout. CapHanu Enterprise is not responsible for delays caused by wrong details submitted by affiliate.
- TDS/TCS, GST, invoice, self-invoice, tax reporting, or other statutory requirements may apply where required.
- Affiliate is responsible for their own tax, accounting, income reporting, and legal compliance.
- Payout may be held for missing KYC, suspicious traffic, invalid orders, chargebacks, refund risk, or policy violation.
📢 Promotional Channel & Content Rules
Affiliates must promote CapHanu Enterprise honestly, lawfully, and transparently. Promotional content should not mislead customers about prices, offers, availability, warranty, delivery, return, refund, brand authenticity, seller status, or product quality.
- Use only accurate product information, correct pricing, valid offers, and approved links/codes.
- Do not claim to be official CapHanu support, employee, franchise, seller, distributor, or authorized agent unless written approval is given.
- Do not create fake CapHanu pages, fake customer care numbers, fake refund pages, fake coupons, or phishing-style websites.

- Do not spam through SMS, WhatsApp, email, comments, groups, DMs, auto-posting, or bot traffic.
- Follow social media, search engine, email, telecom, advertising, and influencer disclosure rules applicable to the channel used.
🏷️ Brand Bidding, Ads, Domains & Social Handles
Affiliates must not misuse CapHanu Enterprise brand name, trademark, domain, logo, or official identity in ads, domains, social pages, or search campaigns.
- Do not bid on “CapHanu”, “CapHanu Enterprise”, misspellings, or confusingly similar brand keywords in paid ads unless written permission is given.

- CapHanu Enterprise may request immediate removal of unauthorized brand usage.
🎟️ Coupon, Deal & Offer Promotion Rules
Affiliates may promote coupons, deals, and offers only when they are valid, approved, and not misleading. Coupon misuse can harm customers and reduce trust.
- Do not promote expired, fake, private, leaked, employee-only, seller-only, or unauthorized coupon codes.
- Do not hide terms like minimum order value, max discount, category exclusion, expiry, or user eligibility.
- Do not claim “guaranteed discount” where coupon application depends on eligibility.
- Do not use clickbait such as fake “100% off”, fake free product, fake refund, or fake limited stock.
- Private affiliate coupon codes may be cancelled if leaked, abused, or promoted outside approved channel.
- Commission may be rejected if the coupon was not approved for affiliate promotion.
🧩 Product Category & Restricted Promotion Rules
Affiliates must not promote products in a way that violates Restricted Products Policy, Intellectual Property Policy, Product Disclaimer, or category-specific rules.
- Do not promote counterfeit, fake branded, illegal, unsafe, restricted, prohibited, pirated, or misleading products.
- Do not make unsupported medical, health, beauty, weight loss, income, warranty, guarantee, or safety claims.

- For digital products, do not promote piracy, cracked software, license abuse, malware, or unauthorized downloads.
- For B2B/wholesale, do not promise pricing, availability, credit terms, delivery, or bulk supply without approved quotation.
🔄 Affiliate vs Referral Program
Affiliate program and referral program may be separate. Referral program is usually for genuine customer-to-customer invitations, while affiliate program is for approved promotional partners and content-based marketing.
- A transaction may not qualify for both affiliate commission and referral reward unless campaign terms allow it.
- Affiliate links should not be used for self-referral, duplicate accounts, fake orders, or reward farming.
- Referral benefits, wallet credits, CapCoins, and affiliate commission may have different validation and reversal rules.
- CapHanu Enterprise may decide final attribution based on tracking system, coupon use, campaign rules, and fraud checks.
🔁 Return, Refund, Cancellation & Commission Reversal
Affiliate commission depends on a valid completed transaction. If the linked order is cancelled, returned, refunded, partially refunded, replaced, RTO, chargeback-linked, disputed, fake, or policy-violating, affiliate commission may be rejected, reduced, held, or reversed.
| Order Event | Affiliate Impact | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Order cancelled before dispatch | Commission rejected. | No valid sale occurred. |
| Order returned/refunded | Commission reversed or reduced. | Partial return may cause partial commission adjustment. |
| COD refused / RTO | Commission rejected. | Repeated COD abuse may trigger affiliate review. |
| Payment failed / chargeback | Commission held or reversed. | Final decision depends on payment dispute result. |
| Fraud / fake order | Commission cancelled and account action may apply. | All linked activity may be reviewed. |
| Technical duplicate credit | Commission corrected or deducted. | Duplicate dashboard entry is not payable entitlement. |
If commission has already been paid and later the transaction becomes invalid, CapHanu Enterprise may recover the amount from future payouts, wallet balance, payable rewards, or other lawful recovery method.
🚫 Self-orders, Duplicate Accounts & Internal Abuse
Affiliates must not create artificial transactions to earn commission. The affiliate program is intended for genuine third-party customer acquisition, not self-purchase reward farming.
- Self-orders through your own affiliate link may be rejected unless a campaign explicitly allows it.
- Orders from duplicate accounts, same device networks, same household patterns, fake addresses, or suspicious payment methods may be reviewed.
- Affiliates must not ask customers to place fake orders, refuse COD, return products after reward, or misuse coupons.
- Employees, sellers, vendors, agencies, or partners may have special restrictions if they use affiliate links for internal orders.
- Affiliate commission may be cancelled for artificial, circular, or manipulated transactions.
🔐 Privacy, Customer Data & Communication Rules
Affiliates must respect customer privacy and data protection. Affiliates should not collect, store, sell, misuse, or expose customer personal information without lawful basis and proper consent.

- CapHanu Enterprise may request removal of inaccurate, infringing, or brand-damaging content.
🛡️ Fraud, Abuse & Traffic Quality Control
CapHanu Enterprise may monitor affiliate traffic and transactions to detect fake traffic, bot clicks, click spam, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes, fake leads, self-orders, duplicate accounts, coupon abuse, return abuse, COD abuse, malware, phishing, and suspicious conversions.
- Bot traffic, paid-to-click traffic, incentivized fake traffic, auto-refresh clicks, or misleading redirects are prohibited.
- Cookie stuffing, hidden tracking, forced redirects, pop-under abuse, or unauthorized browser extensions are prohibited.
- Fake reviews, fake testimonials, fake screenshots, fake delivery proof, or false income claims are prohibited.
- CapHanu Enterprise may hold payout and audit affiliate account if traffic quality is suspicious.
- Fraudulent commission may be reversed, recovered, or permanently forfeited.
- Severe abuse may lead to account termination and legal action where necessary.
📈 Reports, Dashboard & Data Accuracy
Affiliate reports, dashboard numbers, clicks, conversion counts, pending commission, approved commission, and payout records are provided for operational convenience. They may change after validation, returns, refunds, fraud review, or technical corrections.
- Click count does not guarantee commission.
- Pending order does not guarantee approved commission.
- Dashboard data may be delayed due to cache, tracking sync, payment confirmation, or validation cycle.
- CapHanu Enterprise may correct reporting errors, duplicate entries, or wrong attribution.
- Affiliates should keep their own records but official platform records will generally be used for final validation.
⛔ Suspension, Termination & Final Settlement

- Affiliate links/codes may stop working after suspension or termination.

- Invalid, fraudulent, or policy-violating commission may be forfeited.

- Affiliate must stop using CapHanu brand assets, links, coupons, and claims after termination.
- CapHanu Enterprise may retain records for audit, tax, legal, fraud prevention, and dispute purposes.
⚖️ Affiliate Disputes & Missing Commission Claims
Affiliates may raise disputes for missing tracking, rejected commission, payout delay, wrong payout, coupon attribution, dashboard error, or account restriction. Disputes must be clear and evidence-based.
- Provide affiliate ID, link/coupon used, campaign name, customer/order details where available, screenshots, dates, click proof, and issue explanation.
- CapHanu Enterprise may review system logs, cookies/session records, order status, payment status, refund/return status, fraud signals, and campaign terms.
- Manual approval may be refused if attribution cannot be verified or campaign terms were not met.
- Disputes raised after a long delay may be difficult to verify and may be rejected.
- Final resolution may include approval, rejection, partial correction, payout hold, reversal, or account action.
🔄 Program Changes & Policy Updates
CapHanu Enterprise may change affiliate commission rates, eligible categories, tracking windows, payout threshold, payout cycle, coupon rules, prohibited methods, campaign terms, reporting methods, or program availability at any time.
- New commission rates may apply from the effective date stated by platform/campaign.
- Campaign-specific terms may override this general policy for that campaign.
- Program may be paused or discontinued for selected affiliates, categories, channels, products, or regions.
- Continued use of affiliate links/codes after updates means affiliate accepts revised terms.
